Office Closed 24/12/25 - 05/01/26
Our phone lines will be switched off at 11 am and our office will close at 12 noon on Wednesday 24th December, we will re-open at 9 am on Tuesday 6th January 2026. To report an emergency repair during this time, please refer to the below contact list.

Annual Performance Report 2024/25
Each year we produce a Performance Report against the Scottish Social Housing Charter so our customers are kept informed on how we are performing and can compare us against our peer group.

Stone Surveys
CDHA have instructed Assist Design Ltd to carry out stone surveys on all buildings owned or managed by CDHA*. They will be in the area for the next 4 weeks.
Common Areas/Escape Routes
During the Fire Risk Assessments carried out in 2025, it has been noted that most common areas have items stored that may obstruct the fire escape route from your building.
Staff Training 20/10/25
