Our comprehensive factoring service provides for the management and maintenance of the closes which are shared between ourselves and other private owners and landlords. We offer full building insurance and will shortly make content insurance available to both owners and tenants.
Accounts are issued half yearly or quarterly in April, June, September and December.
In addition to general maintenance repairs we carry out garden maintenance on a contract basis and an in house backcourt cleaning service which means that any household bulk items placed in the back court will be uplifted on a weekly basis by the Cleansing Department.
