Transfers

If you wish to apply for a transfer, because your house is too small for you and your family or perhaps because your house is now too large for you if family have moved away, or any other reason you will require to complete our Application Form. Sheltered Housing Application Form

Once the form has been completed and returned to us we will assess your needs and advise you in relation to points and the length of time you may have to wait.

Please note, both the sheltered housing application form and the general application form must be filled in and submitted if applying for sheltered accomodation.
