Types of housing
Cathcart & District Housing Association has 562 houses being mainly tenemental stock. Some of our houses are fully adapted for wheelchair users and a number of our flats have specially adapted bathrooms for people with mobility problems.
We have a turn over of approximately 4 houses per month and we aim to turn these round within 10 days of the outgoing tenant leaving. Our waiting list is extensive and the way in which houses are allocated is based on the level of housing need.
Sheltered Housing
We have 21 units of sheltered housing in Cathcart. We hold a separate waiting list for these properties so if you would like to apply please contact the Association
Lock-ups
We also have 40 lock-ups in the area and hold a separate waiting list for these. If you wish to put you name on this list please contact the Association .
